Centorr Vacuum Industries LLC, a technical leader in the design and manufacture of high temperature vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnaces, is seeking a Product Manager Sales Engineer. This person will be primarily responsible for selling and supporting about five product lines of R&D and production furnaces on a world wide basis. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for working with current customers and developing new customers. The Product Manager will work closely with the engineering and estimating departments to ensure that timely and technically sound quotations are delivered. The person in this position will have a sales assistant to help in his or her efforts.

Candidates best suited for this position will be those who have demonstrated past success in a technical sales environment. They will have strong self management skills and have the ability to listen to customers needs and communicate to the customer Centorr's competitive strengths convincing them to choose us as their furnace vendor. The individual selected for this position must have a minimum of a BS degree (ideally in mechanical or electrical engineering), 5-7 years of technical selling experience (preferably in the vacuum furnace or custom designed capital equipment fields), and have the ability to travel both domestically and internationally (travel about 15% to 25%).
